Founded on March 11, 1998.  A center for autism intervention and communication handicapped individuals.

The center operates all-year round, providing educational services to persons (from early childhood to adult age) diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , Asperger’s syndrome, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS).

In addition to pervasive developmental disabilities, the center also caters to persons with Communication Handicaps, Language and Speech Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other developmental delays. 

The Shine Intervention Center is currently located at 33 San Rafael corner San Roque Street, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
